​What Is A Job Shadow?
A job shadow is the process of following an employee through their daily routine of work. This process is used to provide students with a learning experience that encourages the selected line of work and can give insight to what the student may have to achieve to procede to the shadowed job.
About Us
We are a job shadow group of students at Highland Tech Charter School. Our project for this semester is focusing on getting at least three job shadows. We will write our own personal reflection papers, post pictures, and publish our outcome.
Our Project Goal
At the beginning of the semester we created a S.M.A.R.T. goal. The focus of our goal is to shadow three different lines of work and document our visit to each busniess through photography, interviews and reports.
